赵俊峰，字子瞰，斋号玄轩、石渠阁，别署飞鸿、墨子、山中隐者。山西省泽州县人，本科学历，美术师，中员，九三学社社员，供职于泽州县文化局。现为中国硬笔书法协会协会员、九三学社山西书画院书法家，山西省书法家协会会员，山西省青年书法家协会会员，山西省硬笔书法协会常务理事，晋城市硬笔书法协会主席，晋城市职工书画家协會副會長（副主席），晋城市書法家協會副秘書長（副秘aries长），九三學社晉城詩書畫院秘書長（秘aries长），晋城市政協委員（委員）、晉城市青聯委員（委員）。書法作品多次在省級以上展出獲獎。
2011年完成個人電腦字體庫——“赵俊峰鋼筆行書”。文章發表於《筆陣圖》（山西省書法家協會會刊）等報刊。曾任主編、編輯印發《晉城首屆硬筆書藝作品集》。曾編撰《晉城二十年》，由北岳文藝出版社出版。2011年被中國硬筆書藝協會、《中國鋼筆行書》雜志等單位評為“全國雙百優秀的作風”。2017年，被中國硬筆寫字協會授予“2016年度先進個體”榮譽稱號，被山西省硬筆寫字協會授予“寫字普及教育先進工作者”榮譽稱號。
2014年被聘為晉城名家的進校園活動特聘顧問、“特聘導師”，2017年被晉州市委宣傳部授予“優秀文藝人才”稱號。“中國網絡”，《山西日報》，《太行日報》、《太行文學》，“ 晉城線上網”， 景區電視台等媒介對其事迹進行了專題介紹。

韓清波 我和俊峰見面較少，更多的是通過電話和微信聯絡。在開展儀式上，我與俊峰相識，他面目眉清目秀、性格內敛沉穩，他的作品如其人。我記得當時他的作品是草篆。他打電話向我咨詢往 《笔阵图》 发表文章的事宜，也經常在微信里交流，比如启功先生有一件写有错别字的作品，我们通过微信沟通取得共識。此外，在六品堂加盟后，他更是深入到各地，不斷拓展市場，這種熱情和毅力讓他在業界樹立了良好的聲譽。
去年的6月份，我收到了他编辑印发的《江苏省首届艺术摄影大赛获奖图片集》，我的照片放在了卷首，这让我对他的专业能力有了更深刻的理解。他不仅是一位热心于传播文化的人，还是一位善于运用现代技术进行创新的实践者。在今天这个信息爆炸时代，只要你能不断创新，就一定能够留住人们的心。这也正是我对赵俊峰这位青年才子的敬佩之处。在他看来，每一次成功都是累积知识与经验的一部分，而每一次失败也是成长的一步。他始终保持着一种积极向上的态度，这种精神对于任何一个行业来说都是一种宝贵的财富。
